Need a Scholarship?

To avail the scholarship our college facilitates the students to earn scholarship from the Government of Gujarat. Our students can follow the steps outlined below. These scholarships are primarily administered through the Digital Gujarat portal and the Hon. Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme (CMSS) for our students.

Steps to Apply for SC/ST Scholarships in Gujarat:

Step One

Register on the Digital Gujarat Portal by clicking on the following link:

https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/

Click on the “Register” tab to create a new account and then enter your mobile number, email ID, and create a password.

Verify your registration via OTP sent to your mobile/email.

Step Two

Update Your Profile

  • Log in using your credentials.
  • Navigate to “My Profile” and update personal, academic, and bank details.
  • Ensure that all the informations are accurate to avoid application rejection.

Step Three

Apply for the Scholarship

Under “Services”, select “Scholarship Services” and then select “SC Scheme”.

  • Choose the relevant financial year and scholarship scheme (e.g., Post-Matric Scholarship).
  • Fill in the application form with required details.
  • Upload the scanned copies of all the necessary documents enlisted below:
  1. Aadhaar Card
  2. Passport-size Photograph
  3. Caste Certificate (SC/ST)
  4. Income Certificate (valid for 3 years)
  5. Photocopy of self-attested marksheets of 10th & 12th grade
  6. A duly attested Bank Passbook (First Page) or Cancelled Cheque
  7. Fee Receipt of the current academic year
  8. Hostel Certificate (if applicable)
  9. Disability Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Break Affidavit (if there is a gap in your education)
  11. Death Certificate of the Father (if applicable)
  12. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
  13. School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
  • Review the application thoroughly.
  • Click the “Save as Draft” tab to review and then click “Confirm & Final Submit”

Step Four

Submit the documents to our college.

  • After the online submissions, print the scholarship application form from the portal.
  • Submit the printed form along with all the original documents to our college or Sardar Patel University for the verification.
  • Check that the submitted documents are from recognized academic institute that maintains the academic standards.
