Prin. R.C.Talati

Prin. R.C.Talati is an educationist and academician who had served as the Principal of Anand Arts College for over three decades. He started his career as an assistant teacher at Pioneer High School and had reached to the position of acting Vice-chancellor at Sardar Patel University during the year 2000. He has engaged himself in about 70 committees of Sardar Patel University in the capacity of a member, Convener or Chairman. He is a strong supporter of effective, constructive and encouraging leadership.

As a result of his continuous efforts to accelerate the process of educational system in Anand Arts College, his college was adjudged as the Best Arts College of Gujarat State by the Government of Gujarat for the year 1983-84. His strong knowledge in economics and education were seen through several papers, articles and books. At the age of 85, he holds the academic responsibilities as Hon. Secretary of 51 institutions, that functions under the trust of Charutar Vidya Mandal. This trust caters to the academic needs of 30,000 plus students in the Charutar region of the Gujarat state.
