Well Equipped Computer Lab
The computer lab is equipped with huge collection of high-configured systems with fully connected, both Wi-Fi and LAN broadband connections. It was also equipped with digital podium and smart business TVs. All the systems are protected with latest Anti-Virus software and are loaded with fully active latest software.
The students will be given access to search for job portals, e-books, practical and theoretical material/videos related to the subjects of the semester, enable the teachers to deliver live demonstrations for theory and practical sessions and etc. All the systems are also interconnected with one another through LAN facility. The computer lab also facilitated with traditional black and white boards for the delivery of traditional mode of teaching-learning process.
The computer labs are well maintained with ample space and seating arrangements. The students are allotted with individual computers every time they access into the labs. They also get the access to internet connectivity, which can help them in their studies and various research activities. The computers are updated regularly and are also audio and visually enabled.
The students can also access the internet in their leisure time with the permission and surveillance of the lab assistants. The computers and its access help the students to be updated all the time.
In order to empower the students in advanced ICT, computer applications have been made a part of the curriculum. Besides regular courses, the students are encouraged to use computers for Practical Assignment, Project work, Presentation and Reserach work. The Computer Centre houses 160 personal computers with internet connection and a server to cater the needs of the students and faculty. All the machines are linked to LAN. The Computer system is equipped with software like Microsoft Windows XP, MS Office, India Stat, SPSS, and Tally etc.
