Need a Migration Certificate?
Students affiliated to Sardar Patel University who has completed studies at graduation or post-graduation level or even if their education is incomplete then they can seek the migration certificate (if they wish to get the admission in other Universities.) Migration certificate is issued only after a student secures his/her admission in other University (other than Sardar Patel University).
Students have to apply through prescribed application form (Available at Store Section, Room No. 108), Sardar Patel University by paying the form fees of Rs.25 /- and submit the following required documents to obtain the Migration Certificate.
Documents required for Migration Certificate
- Photocopy of Graduation / Post graduation mark sheets. ( for all years of their study)
- Acknowledgement/ PEC/ Receipt of Admission secured in College or University.
- Application form is verified at the Academic Section of the university Room No.213. The Migration fee of Rs.100/- is then to be paid at the Account Section of the Sardar Patel University.
- Student who has completed his/her study in university affiliated colleges have to collect transfer certificate from respective college and then submit the same in academic section along with migration application form.
- Migration Certificate will be sent to the student by the registered post by the Sardar Patel University.
