Examination and Evaluation System

Our institution follows a structured and transparent examination and evaluation system aimed at encouraging consistent academic performance, practical understanding, and skill development. The evaluation process in each semester is divided into internal and external examinations.

External Examinations

External examinations are conducted at the end of each semester by the Sardar Patel University, to which our institution is affiliated. These exams are designed and evaluated by the university, ensuring a standardized assessment process across all the affiliated colleges. The external exams test the students’ theoretical and practical understanding along with their ability to apply core concepts in each subject.

Internal Examination System

The internal examination system plays a key role in tracking students’ progress throughout the semester. It is designed to encourage regular study, active participation, and practical learning. Rather than relying only on final exams, we use different types of assessments to give students multiple ways to show their understanding.

The internal evaluation includes:

All these components contribute to the final internal marks. This system ensures students are continuously learning, participating, and improving their theoretical and practical understanding.

Balanced Evaluation Approach

Together, the internal and external components ensure a holistic evaluation system that emphasizes both the theoretical knowledge and the practical competence. This dual approach helps prepare students not only for academic success but also for future professional and research opportunities.

Our evaluation system aims to promote continuous learning, creativity, and excellence in every student.
